School Aide - Part-Time
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performing clerical duties including phone calls, copying, faxing, and scanning
- Breakfast and lunch duty
- Assist with student recruitment
- Serve as the receptionist back up
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two years of administrative office experience
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communications skills, with
- Having the ability to multitask and prioritize various projects
- A team player willing to pitch in whenever needed
- An interest in working in an educational environment
- Possessing a positive attitude, especially when dealing with children
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, database work, and the ability to navigate the Internet

AVAILABLE Teacher Assistant Position
Requirements:
We seek candidates that have the ability to participate fully in the classroom environment; are flexible and willing to support wherever and whenever needed; have a willingness to support teachers in preparing and teaching lessons; work well with students one-on-one and in small groups; are able to effectively communicate with parents as well as the other teachers on the team (across all subject areas); and who aspire to become teachers by participating in continued education. MUST be able to independently supervise and manage whole groups of students effectively.
Qualifications:
New York State temporary license, continuing certificate; or a Level I, II, III or Pre-Professional certificate.
Salary:

Spanish/TESOL Teacher
Requirements :Applicants must have the ability and skills to relate to students and be sensitive to their needs, to provide a positive behavioral atmosphere for students, to work cooperatively with individuals and teams, the willingness to use technology as part of curriculum and have excellent communication skills with students, staff and parents.
Qualifications: New York State Certification in Spanish or Bilingual Education (Spanish) or TESOL. Must be fluent and literate in Spanish. Experience referred.
