Our annual Bits and Bytes Fundraiser, which specifically helps bring in much needed funding for school technology, will be taking place on Tuesday, May 17. Please consider showing your support for CSEE by contributing to the fundraiser.

The Charter School of Educational Excellent Owls middle school boys’ basketball team won this year’s annual Yonkers Mayor’s Cup hosted by the Yonkers Parks and Recreation Department, which took place at the Yonkers PAL.

Each month an OUTSTANDING student in every class is recognized as STAR STUDENT OF THE MONTH. Students are selected based on demonstrated exceptional academic achievement; exemplary personal and social qualities; showing a love for learning and engagement in the total school program; having good attendance, punctuality and discipline; and being a role model by setting a good example for others. CSEE March 2016 Newsletter

On March 2, 2016, students in Grades K-3rd celebrated Dr. Seuss Day by having guest readers (CSEE Staff) read to our children. Our guest readers went to classrooms to read aloud their favorite Dr. Seuss book to an assigned class and share a small treat.

The March 2016 Issue of Yonkers Risings covered CSEE's Anti-Bullying Day 2016. On February 24, 2016, Anti-Bullying Day, the Charter School of Educational Excellence and the New York Knicks held an anti-bullying program in an effort to educate students, parents, and teachers on the effective ways to stop bullying.
