American Rescue Plan (ARP) – Elementary & Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) funding

As a local educational agency (LEA) in New York State, we are required by Education Law changes in the 2022-23 enacted State budget, to post on our website and to submit to the State Education Department - on or before July 1, 2022 – an updated plan on how our LEA will expend the American Rescue Plan (ARP) – Elementary & Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) funding that we have received, and how our LEA will prioritize spending on non-recurring expenses.

Our LEA (CSEE) seeks public comment from our parents, teachers and other stakeholders by June 28, 2022 on how our LEA has prioritized spending on non-recurring expenses.
