Social Emotional & Mental Health Resources
Social-Emotional Learning
At our school, we believe that academic success and emotional well-being go hand in hand. That’s why Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) is an essential part of our school culture and daily instruction. Through intentional SEL programming, we help students develop the skills they need to understand and manage their emotions, build positive relationships, make responsible decisions, and navigate social situations with empathy and confidence. Our teachers integrate SEL into classroom routines, lessons, and school-wide practices, creating a supportive environment where every child feels safe, seen, and valued.
We use evidence-based SEL strategies and frameworks to foster self-awareness, emotional regulation, and
resilience—equipping our students not only for success in school, but in life. From morning meetings and conflict resolution tools to mindfulness practices and restorative circles, we ensure that every student has the tools they need to thrive both academically and emotionally. At our core, we are a community that nurtures the whole child—mind, body, and heart.
